WEETRA Organization is an independent methodological institute. Before a regulatory position is tested, it checks whether the information behind that position holds together, can be traced back, and would stand up to challenge.
A regulatory figure used to be judged on the figure itself. That has changed. Producing the number is rarely where a file fails. Showing where it came from, and that it holds, is.
WEETRA does not decide whether a company is compliant. It decides whether the evidence behind a regulatory position can be defended.
WEETRA works in a narrow space, on purpose. It does not put reporting files together, and it has no authority to pass judgment on them. What it looks at is the evidence already sitting inside a file.
That distance is the whole point. A company preparing a regulatory position needs to know where it is exposed while there is still time to fix things, not once a demand for justification has landed on the desk.
A judgment about the strength of evidence is worth something only when the party making it has nothing riding on the answer. So WEETRA never prepares the files it reads. It does not act for clients in front of any authority. And it does not sell a result.
You commission the depth of a review, never its conclusion. The same file can end in a clean methodological status or a blocking one. Paying for a deeper level buys a closer look. It buys nothing about what that look turns up.
Around any reported position, WEETRA looks at four things.
Every document is cryptographically fingerprinted the moment it arrives and logged in an integrity register. Every deliverable is locked, timestamped and fingerprinted before it leaves. What a client gets back is not only an analysis. It is an analysis that can prove it was not altered.
WEETRA states its limits as plainly as its remit. It is not a regulator. It is not a certification body, an accredited verifier, a law firm or a customs agent, and it guarantees no regulatory outcome.
