WEETRA operates as an independent methodological organization, not a regulatory authority. This Privacy Policy explains our commitment to data protection and how we process personal data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.

We process personal data strictly to deliver our independent methodological and evidentiary review services, manage client relationships, and fulfil legal obligations.
Processing is based on: (a) performance of a contract, (b) compliance with legal obligations, (c) legitimate interests in maintaining security, and (d) consent where specifically requested.
We collect administrative data (contact information, billing details) and evidentiary data (industrial records) directly from clients via our secure infrastructure.
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the service engagement (plus a standard 12-month challenge period) or as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.
